Our Lady of Victory Education Center for Mental Illness Our Lady of Victory originated in Sacramento California, when people would come to St. Rose Catholic Church to seek help for medical assistance as medical costs sky rocketed. The Founder sought out medical assistance from local Health Care Faculties to help those with medical needs while he was living in the urban sections of Sacramento This commitment continues today as we make it our Number one goal to provide care to all who need our assistance. We do not receive any Governmental or Ecclesiastical support. We do look toward benefactors from all walks of life to help assist us in the achievement of our goal. Through their help, they make it possible for those who have little or no Insurance able to receive treatment for Mental Illness at no cost.
